Surgical and Diagnostic Databanks directly available from TforG (April 2010)
Since 2000, TforG has been building Euro-Surgical & Euro Diagnostic databanks enhancing the Surgical and Diagnostic Procedures of the 5 biggest European countries.
Besides a measurement of the current number of procedures (by ICD-9 code), they provide a 3-year forecast and an overview of the trend drivers.
Until 2009, these databanks were commercialized by Med Tech Insight (a Windhover company) branded as EU-IQ.
From January 2010, TforG decided to distribute these databanks directly to its customers worldwide.
Besides yearly updates, we plan to continuously expand the coverage and contents of these products. On May 1st 2010, we introduce our bright new surgical databank on China, the “The China Surgical”.
TforG plans more exciting new products later this year.
Report: The Impact of the Economic Crisis on Hospital Behavior (January 2010)
The worst global financial crisis since World War II, followed by a general economic crisis, has resulted in the failure of many businesses, a decrease in consumer wealth, substantial financial commitment from governments and a significant decline in economic activity.
But what about the status of Health Care financing and expenses in Europe?
Health Care is largely financed by government mechanisms and social security services. Will Health Care providers be confronted with financial restrictions in 2010? Will purchasers, physicians and pharmacists adapt their attitude in dealing with smaller budgets? Will vendors and distributors alter their organization and commercial tactics? What will be the impact of low-cost vendors on the markets in 2010?
In order to support you to prepare and forecast your policy for next year, TforG launches its latest report:
“The impact of the economic crisis on budgeting and purchasing behavior of hospitals in 2010 (Euro Big 5)”
