The Decision Navigator is a TforG proprietary tool which facilitates each step of your decision process. Our approach helps you to ask the right questions, to set priorities, to optimise the project briefing and flow, to fine-tune the deliverables, and to advise on the optimal format to present the information. Thanks to its flexibility, it can easily tune in to the needs of the moment.
We distinguish between 6 distinct phases in business decisions:
- Sandbox: do you know the market you are operating in? Market demographics, market shares, reimbursement data, trends, etc?
- Windows: what are your business options for the future? Opportunities, limitations, core competences, resources, attractiveness versus competitiveness…
