TforG (Tools for Growth) was created in 1991. Since then, its unique focus has been on facilitating business decisions in medical technology and laboratory markets in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Our aim is to provide true insights based on reliable information.
The management and project teams combine engineering, clinical and business backgrounds. They have solid management experience in companies such as: Hewlett-Packard, Philips Healthcare, Bosch, Abbott, Organon Teknika, Synthes, Mallinckrodt, Nellcor Puritan & Bennett, Aspect Medical Systems...
Our fixed Field Research teams are native speakers covering English, French, German, Italian, Danish, Dutch, Spanish, Russian and Portuguese. There are 25 interview positions (Pulse Train CATI-stations).
TforG completed 70 multi-country projects in 2007, conducting over 20,000 interviews.
Hospital network – Since its foundation, TforG has developed privileged relationships with 5 to 10 hospitals in most EMEA countries.
TforG’s respondent database contains contact details of over 20,000 hospitals and hospital departments in Europe, and telephone details and e-mail addresses of over 17,000 healthcare professionals, including Administrators, Biomeds, Purchasers, Pharmacists, Lab Managers, Physicians, Nursing staff...
In 2002
TforG started annual workshops. Each year, in March, we invite Hospital Managers and Business Managers to discuss priorities in the European hospital markets.
In 2003
TforG started its commercial database business line.
Since 2005
Medtech Insight, a Windhover company based in Los Angeles, has been our global distributor of database products.
In 2005
We created a R&D department to design and develop new models and methods and to enhance the existing ones.
As from 2006
our project teams can rely on a Data-Coaching department, which monitors the relevance of our sampling, data processing and data analysis.
In 2007
We began to develop data acquisition capabilities in China, India and Brazil and hired the first local staff to build on these activities.
In 2008
We launched TforG Direct, a mother data-source, consisting of databases, reports and selective data-packs, which are available ‘off-the-shelf’.
