New technologies and improved image quality give a boost to the “GI diagnostics” markets worldwide

Over the years TforG built a robust expertise in the field of diagnostic equipment such as imaging, endoscopy, etcetera. Recently we have observed a strong dynamic in the GI diagnostic market.

In most markets (mature and emerging) we measured double digit growth and the entrance of innovative methodologies in the field of Colonoscopy and Gastroscopy. This is driven by improved image quality and new technologies.

In 2015, TforG conducted several research projects in this field. We covered a wide spectrum of applications ranging from Gastroscopy to Colonoscopy, ERCP, Endoscopic Ultrasound biopsy but also different Esophageal Ablation techniques, Capsule Endoscopy and Colonoscopy, Esophageal and Anorectal Manometry, …

These projects were related to markets in W-Europe, the Middle East, the Gulf States, the Maghreb countries, China and SE Asia.

In view of the dynamics in the GI markets, TforG is dedicated to invest in building expertise and a robust reputation in this business segment.

Bart is the CEO and founder of TforG and works closely together with over 50 global companies such as Abbott, Baxter, GE, J&J, Medtronic, Philips, Stryker and Covidien. In this function, he spends a lot time with Key Opinion Leaders and Health Policy makers in Europe and in Emerging Markets. He graduated at the Polytechnic University of Leuven and has an MBA (University of Antwerp/N-Western Chicago).
